Somebody please let me know if you or someone you know have used this program and if it even has potential to work. For $39.95 you are guaranteed to find your first property within 30 days or your money back. I have heard of counties holding tax foreclosure auctions, in my area it's on the last Thursday of every month, but like I said it's an auction to the highest bidder not a sale, and definitely not for $200.00 or $300.00 like this infomercial says. You end up paying around the true value of the property, if you're lucky. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
